The whole route, not just the factory
A good unit price can still be a bad deal once freight, customs, and storage are added. RFQ Plus gets you the three best quotes for each part of the route you pick, next to the manufacturer quotes, so you can compare what each option really costs delivered.
Carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses are independent, licensed providers. You contract with and pay them directly. We collect and compare their quotes; we don't book freight, file customs entries, or act as importer of record.

Providers stay visible
Names and public contact details are never restricted to paying customers. You pay for sourcing work, not for access.
Your relationships are yours
You contract with and pay the manufacturer, carrier, customs broker, and warehouse directly, during or after a project.
No hidden markups
You see the original quotes. Our fee is always shown separately, and providers don't pay us to be recommended.
Scope before payment
Every request is reviewed first. We confirm the scope, the outreach, and the fee in writing before any work starts or anything is charged.
Fair multi-product pricing
Items that can be made and quoted together are grouped into one sourcing batch. Pricing reflects the actual work, not the single-product fee times the number of items.
We coordinate, providers perform
We find, compare, and introduce. We don't make, ship, or clear goods, and we're not a freight broker, customs broker, or importer of record.

Pricing questions
Do I need a paid service to contact a manufacturer?
No. Every company's name and public contact information is free to see. Paid services are for when you want us to do the outreach and comparison.
What happens after I send a request?
Within two business days we reply by email: whether we can take it on, the scope, the fee, an estimated timeline for the quotes, and how to pay. The quotes themselves take longer, since manufacturers need time to respond. Nothing is charged and no supplier is contacted until you approve.
What's the difference between RFQ and RFQ Plus?
RFQ ($499) gets you the three best manufacturer quotes. RFQ Plus ($999) adds the three best quotes for each part of the route you pick: freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing, so you can see an estimated landed cost before you choose.
Are three quotes guaranteed?
Three qualified quotes is our target, not an unconditional guarantee. We usually contact 10 to 15 manufacturers to get them, and look for the strongest offers rather than the first three replies. The scope we confirm with you sets the outreach and what happens if there aren't enough qualified offers.
Do you book the freight or file the customs entry?
No. Carriers and customs brokers are independent, licensed providers. You contract with them directly; we collect and compare their quotes and introduce you.
Can you manage the order after I pick a supplier?
Procurement and ongoing supply management are available as custom services, scoped and quoted per project. Most buyers continue directly with the manufacturer.
What isn't included?
Third-party costs such as samples, inspections, testing, freight, duties, and storage are paid to the provider, not to us.
Can companies pay to rank higher in search?
No. Search results are ordered by how well each company fits your requirements and how well we can document it.
