Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agalmasourcing.com and its related pages, tools, and downloads (the "Site"). In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of agalmasourcing.com. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is a free search engine and directory of manufacturers in Mexico, with related research and guides. No account is required.

The Site is an information service. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a manufacturer. We do not make, sell, ship, import, inspect, or guarantee any product, and we are not a freight broker, customs broker, or importer of record.

2. Directory information

Listings are compiled from public sources, including government business records and companies' own websites. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

• Labels such as "documented" mean we found the information in a public source, which we show where available. They are not a verification, certification, audit, or endorsement.
• A listing does not mean the manufacturer is affiliated with us, has reviewed its profile, or will accept your work.
• Manufacturers cannot pay for higher placement in search results.

You are responsible for your own due diligence, including confirming a company's capabilities, certifications, quality, and terms directly with it.

3. Automated features

The Site uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to interpret searches and files and to suggest matching manufacturers. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them yourself and do not rely on them as engineering, legal, trade, or other professional advice.

4. Files you upload

You may upload drawings, models, images, and similar files to describe what you need. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share the file and permit us and our service providers to process it to provide the feature.

Do not upload files that are confidential to someone else, export-controlled (for example under ITAR or the EAR), classified, or that contain personal information you are not authorized to share. See the Privacy Policy for how files are handled.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site, or send automated queries, except as allowed by our robots.txt;
• bypass or interfere with usage limits, security measures, or the normal operation of the Site;
• reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the Site's software, ranking, or data, except as permitted by law;
• use the Site to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to manufacturers;
• upload malicious files or content intended to manipulate the Site;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including to manufacturers you find through the Site;
• use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

We may limit or block access to protect the Site or its users.

6. Paid services

The Site is currently free. Any paid services we offer in the future will be governed by separate terms presented before purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, research, data compilations, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution to agalmasourcing.com. Downloadable datasets may be used with attribution to agalmasourcing.com and to any original data source they credit.

8. Third-party sites

The Site links to manufacturers' and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE OR CURRENT, THAT ANY MANUFACTURER IS SUITABLE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH MANUFACTURERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES FOUND THROUGH IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, these limits apply to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, the content you submit, or your violation of these Terms or of others' rights.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
