This Privacy Policy explains what information agalmasourcing.com (the "Site," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. In short: no account, no cookies, no ads, and we do not sell your information.

1. Information we collect

• Searches. The text you enter when you search the Site.
• Uploaded files. Drawings, models, images, and similar files you attach to describe what you need.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and similar information sent with any web request.
• Messages. What you send us when you contact us or submit a request, such as your name, email, company, and message.

We do not require an account and do not ask for your name to use search.

2. How we use it

• To provide search, read your files, and show matching manufacturers.
• To understand what buyers look for and improve the Site.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.
• To respond to messages and provide services you request.

3. Uploaded files

We use your files only to provide the feature you used. We do not store uploaded files. They are deleted once processing is finished.

4. AI and other service providers

Some features rely on third-party providers, including artificial-intelligence providers, which process searches and file content on our behalf only to provide the requested feature. Our AI providers do not use this information to train their models. Like other service providers, they may keep information for a limited time under their own terms, for example for security and abuse monitoring.

We also use providers for hosting, content delivery, security, storage, and analytics. Some pages load maps from a third-party mapping service, which receives your IP address. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

We do not allow providers to use your information for advertising. You can ask us which providers we use.

5. Analytics, cookies, and browser storage

The Site does not set cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and pages without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. The Site may store small amounts of information in your own browser, for example to remember the page you came from; it stays on your device.

6. How long we keep information

• Uploaded files: not stored.
• Search text: up to six months, then deleted. We may keep information derived from searches that does not include what you typed or identify you, to understand demand and improve the Site.
• IP addresses used for usage limits: up to 7 days.
• Technical logs: a short period, for security and troubleshooting.
• Messages and requests: as long as needed to respond and provide the service, and as required by law.

Backups expire on a short rolling schedule.

7. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not show ads or use advertising trackers.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children. The Site is intended for businesses and adults.

8. Manufacturer information

Directory listings describe businesses and are compiled from public sources, which can include business contact details. Manufacturers can ask us to correct or remove their information at support@agalmasourcing.com.

9. Your choices and requests

Searches are not tied to your identity, so we usually cannot find a particular person's searches. To ask about, correct, or delete information you sent us, email legal@agalmasourcing.com with enough detail to locate it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, which you can exercise the same way.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
